Call for Papers: ICDSOS 2025 – The 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Official Statistics

We are pleased to announce that The 3rd International Conference on Data Science and Official Statistics (ICDSOS) will be held virtually on November 27–28, 2025. With the theme "From Data to Impact: Leveraging Innovation in Data Science and Official Statistics for Data-Driven Policy Making and Global Competitiveness", this conference serves as a platform for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange insights, innovations, and applications in the fields of data science, applied statistics, and official statistics.

ICDSOS 2025 welcomes original papers in various areas, including but not limited to machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, survey methodology, spatial and Bayesian statistics, small area estimation, and data-driven policy evaluation. Contributions that demonstrate the use of data science to strengthen official statistics or address global development goals are particularly encouraged.

The call for papers opens on June 2, 2025, and the deadline for submission is September 5, 2025. Accepted papers will be announced by October 5, 2025. Authors of accepted papers are expected to submit a camera-ready version by October 31, 2025, and the final slide and recorded presentation by November 14, 2025. All sessions will be conducted online and streamed via YouTube and Zoom.

Selected papers from the conference will be considered for publication in Barekeng (Scopus Q4) and ASKS Journal (Sinta 4). Participation and proceedings are Free of Charge. A prize will be awarded for the best paper.
